Yeast infections are very common, as our yeast allergies. There are two kinds of common yeast allergy symptoms, one is an allergy to foods with yeasts or two a yeast infection in the body or candidiasis.
There are two causes of yeast allergy symptoms:
• An allergy to foods with yeast in them, such as bread, beer and wine.
• Candidiasis is simply a yeast infection in the body.
Yeast is a very common bacteria in the body, which can lead to allergies.
In the first case, the best way to control the allergy is to avoid eating foods with yeast in them. In the second case, the only way to control the allergy is to eliminate the infection.
A yeast infection causes and aggravates allergies in two ways: first by injecting the skin with allergens that the yeast itself produces and second by causing a leaky gut. Yeast allergens produce classical allergic responses, causing symptoms of itching, hives, skin rashes, nasal congestion, cough, bronchitis, irritable bowels and asthma.
On the other hand, a leaky gut wrecks the immune system and causes hypersensitivity to allergens. The allergens that we respond negatively to are primarily foreign proteins. The leaky gut allows an innumerable variety of things to enter into your blood stream. While the immune system tries to manage it, it becomes overwhelmed and eventually fails to respond. Everything begins to look foreign and you begin to have allergic responses to normal, everyday items. It is very important to control the total allergy load.
If you have a yeast overload, you may have an overgrowth of yeast within your body. The symptoms of this include:
• Chronic fatigue, especially after eating
• Depression
• Gastrointestinal problems
• Rectal itching
• Allergies – food and airborne
• Lowered immunity and susceptibility to infection
• Severe premenstrual syndrome
• Impotence
• Memory loss
• Severe mood swings
• Difficulty concentrating
• Recurrent fungal infections
• Extreme sensitivity
• Recurrent vaginal or urinary infections
The combination of the yeast overgrowth can lead to numerous allergies and yeast infections. When fungus overgrowth flourishes in the gut, the toxins from the yeast keep the pH unbalanced, causing a vicious cycle. Unbalanced pH balance in the gut alters the body's chemistry and unbalances the metabolic/hormonal chemistry. This type of infection is one of the most overlooked and misdiagnosed diseases in medicine.
It is important to consider the types of foods you are eating and the types of reactions you are having. A yeast allergy is very common and can cause serious problems.
